Since the invention of computers, enterprises have continuously strived to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness via automation. This begins with the automation of tedious repetitive processes and gradually shifting towards other business tasks and processes to gain further efficiency and effectiveness.

The ultimate objective is to achieve real-time frictionless execution of business processes - which we term as real-time business processes. Unfortunately, we have reached a point where the lack of synegistic execution on the part of people becomes the number one bottleneck to further optimization of the business processes. The not-so-surprising reasons could be lack of awareness, lack of compliance, lack of alignment, lack of coordination, etc. that are all very much a part of human logistics when dealing with a large group of people.

Hence, we believe the next or possibly the final frontier to achieve the ultimate real-time business processes is to overcome the human logistics bottleneck. This can be accomplished by mobilizing people using our approach that takes into consideration of well-designed business processes coupled with the innovative exploitation of the mobile and communication infrastructure available today. We have specially designed and developed software products aimed at this problem.
